Over the past 55 years we have seen many phases of the building industry. Trends
come and go, styles change, mortgage rates fluctuate, new materials are
developed, and equipment is improved. We have experienced construction
industry changes many times.
During the past 18 months, concerns
about the banking industry and several very large homebuilding companies
have been in the news. Recent events are certainly some of the
most unique we have seen.
Our family believes in the dream of
families to own an affordable quality built home. We realize our
community has many talented tradesmen. We will continue to use
our experience and local suppliers and subcontractors to provide homes
and comfortable neighborhoods.
