Paul W. Moyer & Sons, Inc. has been building custom homes in the Tri-County
area for over 50 years.What began as a business building a few homes per
year with a handful of subcontractors has grown to a contr acting
and land development company having built over 1000 area homes. The experience
offered in all stages of planning and construction of residential homes
is invaluable to the new home owner.
The procedure is to meet with customers, discuss their needs,
and tailor an individual plan. As custom builders there is no limit to
a particular style or plan. Customers are involved in planning their home
from the beginning layout stages through the final stages of floor covering
and paint selection. Lots are available in our current subdivision in New
Hanover Township, Montgomery County. Arrangements may also be made to build
on the customer's lot. Home prices vary according to features requested
by the buyer.
